# HomeLend Agreement Certification for Realtors

Thank you for your interest in becoming HLA Certified!

This page includes everything you need to get certified, help more clients, close more deals and earn more commissions.

### Requirements for HLA Certification

- Watch all 5 required videos

The videos are available by clicking the links below and are between 2-5 minutes each

- Review all 7 Sample Documents

- Please familiarize yourself with these documents on your own in addition to what is reviewed in the videos

- Pass the HLA Certification Exam for Realtors

The link to the exam you will submit is located below the Study Materials on this page

- A score of 90% or higher is required to pass

- There is no limit to the number of attempts to pass the exam

- Please allow 2-3 business days for your exam to be graded

Once you have watched all the above videos and reviewed the documents you are ready to become certified. Click below to take and submit the exam.

### What to Expect After the Exam

- Upon submitting your completed exam, you will receive an email notification that we have received your submission

- Please allow 2-3 business days for your exam to be graded

- If you do not pass the exam, don't worry! You will receive an email notifying you that you will simply need to retake the exam to become certified.

- After successfully passing the exam:

you will receive an email inviting you to the Professional Portal on StillwaterDiversified.com – the portal includes:

continued access to all training videos if you need to refresh your memory

- access to necessary documents

- list of approved HLA Closing Attorneys

- FAQ section

- you will be added to our list of preferred HLA Certified Realtors on StillwaterDiversified.com

- watch the mail for your Welcome Packet with helpful materials to get started!

- we will refer HLA applicants to you!
